Local System Account

Does anyone have any advice on whether or not the Local Sytem Account should be used to start up the MSSQLSERVER service?
Preferable to use a regular domain account with normal privileges. Avoid
running as local admin/domain admin/ or local system account, if you can. A

I will amend the Start Up Account. I tried your link but unfortunately it came up with a page not found response.

manually into IE address bar and try again
